SHED Activities

Our activities are growing all the time - some in the new social shed and others further afield.  Full details of what's on week by week are on the SHEDule page.

Our regular weekly meeting is held on Wednesday mornings at the Dr Peter Centre, Mountbatten Avenue discussing shed business, listening to talks or joining in fun activities.  Our practical Workshops are on weekday mornings at the shed.  Not only that we have regular walks, skittles, fishing and other trips to places chosen by the members.  Back in the social shed there is a weekly card school

Photochallenges are popular with members with different themes.  To see the most recent winners look at the photo challenge subpage

Walk and Talk

Every few weeks we get out in the country with a Walk and Talk or four or five mile.  It might be a trip to New Forest, Test Valley , or Winchester and usually followed by a pub lunch.

Visits

Visits are always popular.  Recently we've been to the Army Flying Museum, Burseldon Brickworks, Haynes Motor Museum, and Sea City museum.  More are in the pipeline.

Fishing

For the last few years we have held a fishing competition at Bramshaw for the John Nye trophy.  The results have been very mixed - and quite a big ones few got away!

Lunchtime Skittles

Skittles and lunch are always popular with our members.  This one was at the King's Head, Hursley

Shed Superstars
